西暦××年。突然の異常気象、火山の噴火、大洪水により地球上の人類、動物は殆ど死に絶えてしまった。
生き残ったのは男女５人ずつ、計１０人の若者達。何処かも解らない丘の上で寄り添って暮らしていた。
ただ彼等の食糧も底をついていた、後は各々の死を待つだけである。
ある時、男の一人が『どうせアシタにもこの１０人の内の誰か死んでるかもしれないんだ、そうなる前に人類最後の１０人がここに存在したっていうことを何かで遺してみないか』と言い出した。
その提案は受け入れられ、話し合いの結果採用された遺す方法とは。
近くの家で見つけたボイスレコーダーに１０人各々自分の人生で最期に歌いたい歌を吹き込むというものだ。ある男は、１０年前くらいに流行って今は結婚式でよく聞く歌を。ある女は赤い夕日が見えそうな童謡を。又ある男は早口な違う国の音楽を吹き込んだりした。全員の録音が終わった時だった。女の一人が突然、即興で何かのメロディを口ずさみ始めた、何処かで聞いたことのある懐かしいメロディ。それにかぶせるように男がハミングを始めた、ほかの者は手拍子をしたり、指笛を吹いたり、何故か涙しているものも居たその即興の音楽の環に加わった最後の男が即興で、１０人全員の想いを酌んだ歌詞を作って唄い始めた。
いつの間にか１０人全員は涙を流していた、涙が止まらなかった。
その数日後、女の一人が死んだ。二日三日後、ふたり女が死んだ。その翌日水を探しに山の上に行った３人の男らはそのまま帰って来なかった。その３人を探しに行った男２人も帰って来なかった。
５日後、残された女２人の内の一人が死に、最後の女も言葉を発する力もないほどに衰えていた。
女は死ぬ前、ボイスレコーダーに血で刻んだ。
地球最後の歌を唄ったバンド名を。
男はオー、女はエヌと表してnnnooooonnと。
それは１０人が死んでいった順番だった。
Age at Christian era ××. The human race and the animal on the earth have died out almost by sudden abnormal weather, the volcano eruption, and the deluge. It is five men and women that survived, and is ten young people of total. Beginning sudden hum of one of women of melody by improvisation when all recordings end, and nostalgic melody. A man started humming according to the song, and other people did clapping, and blew Safe. There was a person who was crying why, too. Lyrics to which a man had drunk all desires at the end were made. the mountain the search for water. Three men of did not come back. Two men who had done the three people to the search did not come back either. One person in two people died five days later. The last woman had weakened so that it was not possible to speak.
